As you lay back and relax, Danielle will begin with the sound of her voice, percussive instruments and then the gongs. The sound is followed by a period of silence for integration.

You will be offered a cup of ceremonial Cacao, to begin the experience and Danielle will start with the sound of the drum and other instruments to support you into relaxation, before playing the gongs. The sound is followed by a period of silence for integration.
