I have always been drawn to questions more than answers.

For more than twenty years, that curiosity has taken me into boardrooms and forests, onto retreat and into dreams. It has shaped my work in leadership, inspired my writing, informed my teaching and led me to the transformative power of sound.

Leadership, writing, teaching and contemplative practice may seem like different disciplines, but I have come to see them as different expressions of the same lifelong enquiry.

I'm interested in the questions that shape the way we live, how we find direction, how we navigate change, and what becomes possible when we create enough space to listen.
